Tabanan, Bali – 21 November 2025 – KŌRO Bali, a new dining destination in Nyanyi Beach, today announced the soft launch of its restaurant. The restaurant offers an immersive dining experience where modern gastronomy awakens the senses. Set amid tropical gardens, overlooking the Indian Ocean from the shores of Nyanyi Beach, KŌRO Bali creates a harmony between nature, craftmanship and modern design.
Crafted with purpose, KŌRO Bali is built on education and passion. As an extension of the Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS), the restaurant is committed to nurturing local talent and fostering creativity for the next generation of chefs. This initiative reflects a deep belief that passion, when paired with education, is the foundation of meaningful and sustainable hospitality.
“This restaurant reflects my international experience in luxury and leading hotels of the world, shaped by my long journey in France, and strengthened every day by the memorable connoisseur and teamwork that brings this soulful vision to life, through its ambiance, artistry and sensory place.” said Eric Cocollos, Co-Founder of KŌRO Bali. “Our philosophy, rooted in the science of Koku, emphasizes depth, richness and connection; not only in every dish we serve but in the experience we create for every guest. The journey goes on; creating moments around the table where time no longer counts. Bali stands as a serene expression of savoir-être; a place where exploration never ends. Our savoir-faire defines the mission and philosophy we live each day, nurturing future professionals from Indonesia who build a living, end-to-end ecosystem of culinary excellence,” Eric added.

A moment of precision at KŌRO Bali,
an expression of craftsmanship shaped by coastal gastronomy.
Combining modern gastronomy with cultural influences from Bali, Japan, and Italy, KŌRO introduces a refined culinary concept anchored in the science of Koku; the depth of taste, texture, and aroma. Kōro explores the depth, complexity, and richness of every dish to excite lingering sensation on the palate. The key value of this restaurant lies in its integration of the entire Nyanyi Lab ecosystem for students at BCPS, while also serving as a new gastronomic destination in the Tabanan area.
Following its soft launch, KŌRO will introduce seasonal menus, curated events, and exclusive experiences throughout 2026, celebrating innovation and connection through gastronomy. KŌRO Bali is now open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
