Welcome to Nyanyi Bali. By confirming a booking or participating in our tours, workshops, and educational programs, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Availability

• The maximum capacity for each Eco Tour session is 15 participants per group.
• For FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings, a minimum of 10 participants is required for the tour to proceed.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, guests will be informed and automatically transferred to the next available session.
• Bookings must be made no later than 2 calendar days prior to the tour date (D-2).
• Reservations received after the booking deadline will be scheduled for the next available session.

2. Arrival & Punctuality

• Participants are required to arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time for registration and briefing.
• Tours will depart promptly according to the published schedule.
• Late arrivals who miss the tour departure will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.

4. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Participants are responsible for their personal safety and must follow all guide instructions during the tour.
• Please notify our team in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations.
• Nyanyi Bali reserves the right to decline or terminate participation for any individual exhibiting behavior that compromises safety or damages the local environment.
