1. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.

3. Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy rules.
